Tairua Wine and Food Festival - Over 10,000
people flock to the festival each year. A huge array of wild food
stalls, wine, beer, entertainment and of course stacks of arts
and crafts stalls. The event raises money towards facilities at
the local school.

Coromandel Flavours Festival - A huge celebration
of the Coromandel's seafood, cuisine and arts. Activities for
the kids and all day entertainment.

Whangamata Beach Hop - The Whangamata Beach
Hop is a celebration of the 50's and 60's which has grown phenomenally
in the last three years. The festival combines a number of nostalgic
themes from a bygone era.

GREAT COROMANDEL ART TOUR- Tucked away in
studios all over Coromandel are artists, who be showing themselves
for the Great Coromandel Arts Tour, which will run for nine days,
between 13-21st May 2006.

Waihi Gold Fest - The Gold Fest is an institution
in Waihi, with a week long program of workshops and entertainment.
The highlight is the Outrageous Wearable Arts Awards where talented
designers show off their creative talents.
