The Springs was purpose built in 1998 with the design of the 1930's bungalow therefore complimenting the buildings around it. The homely gardens of camellias and white roses lead you through the front door to an impressive entry hall showcasing some wonderful local talent of photos and woodcarvings. The guest wing of The Springs have four elegant rooms each individually designed and named after springs in the area for which Rotorua is famous.
We provide a unique "get away" retreat situated on a deer and ostrich farm on 6 acres of green pasture with magnificent rural, farm and Lake Rotorua views - just 15 minutes drive north of Rotorua city centre.
